what i'm offering

  • 10x one to one 1 hr Zoom sessions

I'm offering 5 lucky people the oppurtunity to work one to one with me over a 10 week period to clear the issues which are the root causes of their anxiety, to learn beneficial techniques and life style changes that are proven to help reduce anxiety and cortisol levels.

The reason I'm offering this for free is that it's a trial program where I want to try out various approaches and through feedback from the participants hopefully refine the whole package to the point where in the future I can offer a money back guarantee on its success.


*I must state that I don't make any such guarantees of success at this point as it is in the trial phase.

the commitment required from the participants

  • To be present and on time for every Zoom session ​( 1hr can pass really quickly and what we can achieve will be massively reduced if the time is reduced)

  • To do a daily practice of basic level EFT on yourself  (this can be for just 20 mins a day)

  • To try out the breathing techniques

  • To try out dietary and life style recommendations (I'm happy for you to do this to a level that you're comfortable with and that is possible due to your personal circumstances)

  • Keep a simple daily diary of what you did with a score of how beneficial it was to you

  • To give me feedback so that I can modify the program to be as beneficial as possible

What I’m offering is a participatory experience, I’m giving my time for free and what I would like in return is a commitment from you to put the effort in to help yourself.

If you don’t feel you can or want to commit to a daily practice for the duration of the program then I would appreciate it if you could leave this opportunity to someone else who feels they can.

I will help you during our Zoom sessions to address the bigger issues but outside of that I would like the participants to try what is suggested and to do a daily practice of EFT to clear the smaller uncomfortable feelings that arise during the week.

step 1: let's get started

The Zoom sessions will be held on Fridays between 9am and 5pm. If you can commit to taking 1hr or so out of your Fridays for the next 10 weeks then fill in the GAD-7 questionnaire below and press submit.

Due to the complexity of some peoples anxiety at this point I'm only offering this opportunity to people who score 14 or less on the GAD-7 questionnaire because its unrealistic for us to be able to clear a large number of root causes over this many sessions.


Some of the sessions will be taken up by consultations, teaching EFT and discussing the daily practices outside of the zoom sessions. The available time left in sessions will unlikely be enough to address complex cases with lots of related issues unfortunately.
